Subjects for this semester

Hello friends, this is my courses that I've taken in this semester.

BEL311

Firstly, I would like to introduce you to my subjects for this semester is BEL311. This subject stands for English  for Academic Purposes and has three credit hours. This subject was teaches by Mr Izuan B. Ismail. In my impression, I look him as a very strict and serious person toward his students but he has a good heart. This subject helps me improve and build up my confidence in writing verbally in English language. I love when we learn how to pronounce words correctly. The scoring method in this subject is 60% for the assessment and 40% for the final examination. 60% of it is including the outline,first draft, final draft and speaking. 40% more is for the final examination. I hope I can do my best in this subject during the final examination by using the knowledge that I have learned in the class. It will be useful in the future for me to communicate fluently with others.

CTU264

This subject is stands for Islamic Information Management. This subject was familiar with me. We will learn how to manage the information and discuss about knowledge management based on  Al-Quran and As-Sunnah in Islam. It has two credit hours and categories as core paper and needed to be taken by all part 3 students. This subject was teaches by Ustaz Md Saufi B. Abdul Hamid. He is a simple person and like to cracks joke in the class. This subject helps me to identify the knowledge institution element and the management ethics in Islamic civilization. The scoring method in this subject is 50% for final examination and 50% more for assessment. I like this subject most because I love all about Islam. This subject is the best way for all Muslim to improve their knowledge in Islam.

IMD202

My third subject for this semester is IMD202. This subject is stands for Promotion of Information Products and Services. We will learn about marketing, economy, services, products and many more. It has two credit hours. This subject is one of the core subjects among of the subjects that I'm taking this semester. This subject was teaches by Miss Rabiatul Adawiyah Bt. Kamarulzaman. She is "PPP" for College Sempana Alam Buana. She is sporting and friendly lecturer who loves to crack some jokes and having fun when learning. She treated us like we are the same level as her age. For this subjects, sometimes can be hard to understands, because of all the theories and concept that we have to remember. This subject is important because it helps us to promote and to develop our knowledge and skills in promoting our materials. It can improve my skills especially when i have to interact with others.

IMD205

Another subject for this semester is IMD205 that stands for Multimedia for Information Presentation. It has three credit hours. This subject is focus on multimedia. It teaches us how to use all the multimedia that we have and the element that related to it and the principle of multimedia. This subject was teaches by Madam Nur Hidayah. She is friendly and cute. This is the first time we meet her because she is a new lecture in this campus. We will learn about  the format of the multimedia whether it is video, audio, image or animation. By using the multimedia application, it might use as the attraction for audience to focus on the presentation that we must present. I found that this subject is practical and using more on computer than writing. There is no final examination in this subject except final test.

IMD206

Next is IMD206. This code is stand for Instructional Media Application. The credit hours for this subject are three. This course teaches us on how to develop our skill in delegating information and services. The objective on this course is to help the students to understand the concept and principles of educational and instructional technology. It also helps students to understand course teaches the principles in developing educational materials. Furthermore, it helps us to produce a simple educational technology material. This subject explores the techniques and skills in producing, using and evaluating instuctional media material for teaching. This subject was teaches by Puan Razifah Bt. Othman or we call her as Puan Iffa. Her face is similar to our classmate, name Yuslina Yasin. She understands her students, funny, and not too serious. She always try her best to teach us. I hope I would score A for this subject.

IMD207

The third last subject for this semester is IMd207. It is stand for Communication Skills for Informational Professional II. We were learning the next stage of the subjects of the Communication Skills for Information Professionals. This course is designed to provide student with skill in speaking. We will be exposed and learn various types of speaking, techniques, and methods to become an accomplished speaker. Moreover, we will learn on how to prepare good speeches, collecting materials for the speeches and using visual aids to give more impact to the speeches. This subject was teaches by Miss Noor Faraliza Bt. Samsudin. She is a new lecture in this subject. She is a kind, cute and just finished her Master. She will marry soon. The scoring method in this subject is 30% in tests, 25% in informative speech, 25% in persuasive speech, and lastly 20% in the group project. I hope I will score for this subject.

IMD208

The second last subject for this semester is IMD208. It stands for Web Content Management and design. This subject is more practical. It teaches us how to develop our own web and how to design them by using specific tools and media. This course needs three credit hours. This subject is more using computer than writing. It helps us to understands the usage of HTML and JavaScript. This subject was teaches by Miss Siti Nuur-Ila Bt. Mat Kamal. She is a strict person and sometimes she can be friendly towards her students. Unacceptable, she taught us for three semesters in a row! The scoring method for this subject is 30% for the lab test, 30% for the group project and 40% for the final test. There is no final examination in this subject. This subject quiet fun for me. So far, I love this subject because it's more practical than the manual.

HPD118

The last subject for this semester is HPD118. It names KEMUSA. The contact hour for this subject is one hour. This subject more related to the business. It will teach us how to be a successful businessman. It teaches us how to manage your business, to calculate your profit and loss. It is useful for me if I want to become a successful businessman in the future. This subject was teaches by Mr. Muruga. He is an Indian but he is a good person. I have a lot of fun when studies in his class.
